ENGINE ROOM
Buhrmeister & Wain six cylinder turbocharged and after-cooled two-stroke marine diesel engine which develops 746 kW at 500 RPM. Final drive is via a Liaan reduction gearbox which is fitted with a clutch and the pitch control for the controllable pitch propeller.
