Description

Originally sold by Collingwood as a sailaway lined with extras for the owner to fit-out to their design and specification, she appears to have been subsequently updated and re-modelled internally with more recent additions to the electrical systems, new batteries, a refurbished bathroom, new carpets and a new heating system, plus the addition of a pram hood. These improvements were apparently undertaken around 2018/19, which is before the current ownership. We consider this vessel represents a good opportunity for a buyer to create a comfortable living space without the need to carry out major works and, subject to satisfactory survey, it could be financed using a marine mortgage. The owner is a keen and motivated seller, and we welcome enquiries from cash buyers or those requiring some finance. Viewings are available 7 days a week by prior appointment please.
