Accommodation

There is good access to the roomy wheel house from both sides with raised platforms for the helm’s and co-pilot’s seats that can be easily removed when access to the engines, batteries or pumps is required. The central floor panels are also easily lifted for access to bilge stowage, water tank, inverter and battery charger. Visibility from the raised helm is excellent with the benefit of a solid roof and removable canopy panels at the sides and back, which also protect the sun deck above the aft cabin. Wheelhouse dimensions are approximately 8’7″ x 7’3″ (2.62m x 2.21m).
There are steps down to the aft cabin (6’7″ x 6’6″ / 2.00m x 1.98m), which is currently used for storage, but comprises a raised double berth with the fuel tanks beneath, a built-in vanity unit with wash basin and hot and cold taps, a three-quarter height locker and a WC compartment. Headroom in the aft cabin is 5’6″ (1.68m).
Forward of the wheelhouse, a pair of doors and steps lead down to the saloon (8’8″ x 8′ / 2.64m x 2.44m) with a convertible dinette to port with storage beneath the seating, a glass cabinet mounted on the aft bulkhead and a half-height locker forward. The original fitted galley lies to starboard with a small LPG cooker, modern 12v fridge, stainless steel sink and drainer with a hot and cold mixer tap, wood effect formica work surfaces, partly tiled upstand, LPG water heater and a range of storage drawers and lockers.
There is a good sized WC and shower compartment forward of the galley with a fold down wash basin, shower attachment, thermostatic mixer tap, shower tray, ceramic toilet bowl, mirror and small storage locker. A cleverly concealed folding door makes a partition for-:
The forward cabin (6’2″ x 8′ narrowing to 3’9″ / 1.88m x 2.44m narrowing to 1.14m) comprising seating with storage beneath, a pedestal mounted table that makes an infill for the double berth, shelving at deck level, access to the chain locker and an escape hatch to the foredeck.
The accommodation is well lit by the large cabin windows, and LED and original lighting. The upholstery is in an ivory wipe-clean fabric with scatter cushions, and the curtains are in a neutral striped pattern.
